2- Change the diet- During this time you should make changes in your diet. Eat light and small amounts of food during the day. Reduce salt intake. Eat seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include calcium-rich things and dry fruits in the diet.
3- Take less stress- Try to reduce stress from your life. Make a habit of sleeping on time and take deep sleep. Improve sleep with yoga and pranayama.
4- Avoid smoking- If you smoke, reduce it. It has been revealed in many research that the symptoms of PMS symptoms are more affected in women who smoke than women who do not smoke. If you drink alcohol, reduce it too.
5- Take health supplements- During this, include multivitamins in the diet. You can take supplements like iron, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin D and magnesium. With this, you will see a reduction in pain and mood swings.
