IIM CAT 2022: Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 is being conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM Bangalore) in this year 2022. The last date to apply for this exam is September 21 till 5 PM. Interested candidates can register for CAT Exam 2022 on the official website iimcat.ac.in. The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore will conduct the Computer Based Common Entrance Test 2022 (CAT 2022) on November 27, 2022 in three sessions. The admit card for the exam will be issued on 07 October.
IIM CAT 2022: Important Dates
CAT 2022 registration starts: August 03, 2022
CAT 2022 registration ends: September 21, 2022
CAT 2022 Admit Card Release Date: October 07, 2022
CAT 2022 Exam Date: November 27, 2022
IIM CAT 2022: Application Fee
General category candidate will have to pay Rs 2,300 as CAT application fee. Whereas reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs 1,150.
IIM CAT 2022: CAT Exam Pattern
The duration of the test will be 120 minutes. There will be three sections of the exam.
Section I: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
Section II: Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
Section III: Quantitative Ability
Candidates will be given exactly 40 minutes to answer the questions in each section. Candidates will not be allowed to move from one section to another while answering questions in one section.
IIM CAT 2022: CAT Exam Centers
CAT will be conducted at exam centers in about 150 cities. Candidates will be given the option to select any of the six test cities in the order of their preference.
IIM CAT 2022: How to Apply Online for CAT 2022
- Visit the official website iimcat.ac.in
- Click on the “New Candidate Registration” link available on the homepage
- If you are a new user, register on the portal by filling candidate’s name, date of birth, email id and mobile number
- After registration, log in again using the system-generated ID and password
- Fill name, address, educational qualification and other information
- Upload scanned documents
- Pay the Application Fee
- Submit CAT 2022 Application Form
- Take a printout.
