This incident changed my life
Once when Ratnakar dacoit took Narada Muni captive in the forest. Narad ji said what will you get from these wrong deeds. Ratnakar said, I do this for the family. Narad ji told him that for whom you are walking on the wrong path, ask him whether he will bear the fruits of your sinful deeds. According to Narad ji, Ratnakar did the same but all the family members refused to do so. Ratnakar was deeply saddened by this incident and renounced the wrong path and drowned in the devotion of Rama. It was only after this that he got the inspiration to compose the epic Ramayana.
