Today we are going to tell you such a tasty recipe which you can make from leftover stale rotis. This recipe will give a new twist to your rotis. We are talking about roti sandwich. This roti sandwich is a fusion recipe that you can prepare in no time. This filling recipe made with leftover chapatis, vegetables, spices and some sauce can also be served as a snack. Without worrying, you can feed the sandwich made of this roti to the children. Will be a very nutritious breakfast. So let’s tell you the recipe to make tasty sandwich of leftover rotis.

Ingredients for making roti sandwich

4 chapattis

1/2 cup onion

1/4 cup corn

1/2 cup capsicum

1/2 cup cabbage

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 tsp dried mango powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp red chili powder

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

2 tbsp mayonnaise

4 pieces of paneer

2 tbsp butter

salt as needed

How to make roti sandwich

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, capsicum and corn. Fry them for few minutes.

Now add dried mango powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. If the mixture seems too dry then add 2-3 tbsp of water. Finally add cabbage, cook for two more minutes and turn off the flame.

Now add tomato ketchup and mayonnaise to the veggie mixture and mix gently.

Spread the mixture on the remaining rotis. Use the entire mixture and fill half the chapatis properly. Now put grated cheese on top and fold the roti in half.

Heat some butter in a pan and place your prepared chapati sandwich in it. Cook till light golden brown from both the sides.

Sandwiches are ready to serve. You can enjoy it with chutney and tomato ketchup.
