Ingredients

  • Radish – 3 to 4
  • Besan – 4 tbsp

  • Coriander powder- 1/2 spoon
  • Turmeric-1/2 spoon
  • Cumin -1 teaspoon
  • Asafetida – 1 pinch
  • Green chili – two to three
  • Ginger paste – one teaspoon
  • Garlic paste- One spoon
  • Green coriander – two cups
  • Garam masala – one spoon
  • Oil – as needed
  • Salt – as per taste

How to make Kofta

  • First of all remove its leaves from radish, wash radish thoroughly after that Grate it.
  • After that drain the water present in the radish.
  • Take out the water and put the radish in a bowl.
  • Add gram flour, red chili powder to it. , Add coriander powder, salt. Now put chopped green chillies in it and mix all the things well to make a paste.
  • Put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. As the oil becomes hot, deep fry the koftas prepared with radish paste. After they turn brown, take them out in a separate plate.

Now put oil again in a pan and heat it. Do it. Put cumin, asafoetida in this oil and fry it. As the mixture gets fried, add ginger and garlic paste to it. After adding spices, add chopped tomatoes to it. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. As soon as the masala starts leaving oil, add curd to it. After adding curd, add water to the gravy and let it cook. As the gravy starts to thicken, add koftas to it. Add koftas and cook the vegetable for 2 minutes. Now add salt and garam masala to it. Cover and cook the vegetable for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the gas after the fixed time. Your radish kofta is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
