Sweet Potato Pudding
To make this healthy and mineral rich halwa, wash and peel the sweet potato and grate it well. Meanwhile, put 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, roast nuts and dry fruits and keep aside. Add sweet potatoes in the same pan and cook in the same ghee, then lower the flame and add milk, cardamom powder, saffron and stevia as per taste. Keep cooking till the halwa becomes thick and soft. Switch off the flame and serve hot. Add nuts and dry fruits, enjoy.
Gulab Shrikhand
This sweet dish can be prepared by straining fresh curd with a muslin cloth and keeping it overnight by keeping a heavy object. Keep in mind that you keep it in the fridge. To make this sweet treat, take a large bowl and add hung curd, whisk it well, add 2-3 tbsp rose water and whisk it into a smooth texture, add 2 tbsp dried rose petals, 2 tbsp Add rose syrup. (Stevia/Honey) beat and put in a bowl and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours and then taste it during fasting.

This healthy and easy recipe can be made by whisking 1 cup cold fresh cream with 1 cup hung curd, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp rose water, stevia to taste and whisk the mixture until frothy. Add chopped fruits, berries and nuts, pour into creamy mixture and pour into bowl. Keep it in the fridge and serve cold.

This delicious kheer is perfect for sweet lovers, to make this easy fig kheer, soak dried figs in 1 cup of hot milk and make a smooth paste. Meanwhile, take a pan and boil milk in it, let it thicken and keep stirring with a spoon, when the kheer becomes thick, lower the flame and add fig paste, roasted nuts and dry fruits. Keep stirring it till it becomes thick and creamy. Serve it cold and enjoy.
Dry Fruit Ladoo
This laddoos can be made in few minutes, take a pan and put 1 table spoon of ghee in a pan and fry nuts like cashews, peanuts, almonds and cashew nuts. Put grated coconut in a pan and keep stirring with cardamom powder and jaggery. Cook the mixture till it thickens, add ground nuts and dry fruits. Apply some ghee on your hand, take out the mixture, and make small laddoos and enjoy.
