Apara Ekadashi Significance

Reciting Vishnu Sahastranam on this day brings positive energy in the house. Apply saffron tilak to Sri Hari and then do tika on yourself. On the day of Apara Ekadashi, water service should be done to get rid of unknowingly sins, charity should be done to provide relief to animals, birds and humans from the heat.
