How to make Egg Bhurji Sandwich

Beat the eggs. Crack open the eggs in a bowl. Add a little salt and whisk well. Now fry the vegetables. Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds. Now add chopped onions and green chillies. Fry for a minute. Now add chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Mix and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add spices.
