E-commerce company GoKwik has said that after a data study of all orders made in the second quarter of FY 2022, it has been found that 64% of people have opted for cash on delivery payment option while shopping online. Option is selected. Along with this, the number of people paying through UPI has increased by 20% in the last one year.

In such a situation, it is clear from this survey that even today, a large number of people in the country rely on cash on delivery (COD) more than online payment. Talking about abroad, people shopping there online choose the most online payment option. In such a situation, companies need to do more work to increase online payments among Indian customers.

GoKwik CEO and Co-Founder Chirag Taneja said that even today a large number of people in India prefer cash on delivery and there is a need to instill confidence in the customers about prepaid delivery.
