2- After this, take out the ground spinach in the bowl and add half a cup of gram flour to it. Add 1 pint of salt and beat it well for 3-4 minutes. Its consistency should be like that of idli batter. After beating well, spread this mixer in an oiled plate.

3- After this fill water in a pan or pan and then keep this plate by placing a big bowl on it. That is, you have to steam this mixture like Dhokla or Idli is steamed.

4- If you want, you can also steam it in the microwave. In about 5 minutes of steam, this batter will become hard like dhokla, after which cut it into small cubes.

5- After this, add oil to the pan and add finely chopped onion. Together, grind 2 big tomatoes and a little garlic, green chilies in the same mixer. After the onion is roasted, add tomato puree and cook the masala till it leaves the oil very well.

6- After this add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and salt according to the test. Also add chopped spinach pieces together. Cover the sabzi and cook for 5 minutes and very delicious and healthy sabzi is ready.

Cooking Tips: The advantage of leaving a little spinach in the mixer jar is that the gravy of the vegetable remains green after grinding it with tomato. While mixing the spinach and gram flour, beat it so much that it becomes soft after steaming. You can add asafetida-cumin and garlic tempering separately for the test.
