Stock Market Opening On 29th December 2022: Due to global cues, trading has started with a fall in the Indian stock market. The US stock markets closed with a heavy fall and the Asian markets were trading down, due to which the BSE Sensex fell by 282 points to 60,628 and the NSE Nifty opened down 77 points at 18,045 points.

On Wednesday, the US stock market closed with a heavy fall. The Dow Jones closed down 1.10 per cent or 365 points and the Nasdaq fell 1.35 per cent or 140 points. There is a decline in Hangseng, Kospi, Taiwan, Nikkei markets in Asia.
