Stock Market Opening: Today’s stock market has started with a slight increase. Pharma and bank stocks are seeing a boom today and Sensex, Nifty are trying to come up. Today, a 4 percent jump is being seen in DV’s Lab in pharma stocks and ICICI Bank is moving up in banking stocks.
How did the market open today
BSE’s Sensex opened at 60,180.20 with a slight gain of 22.48 points, or 0.037 percent. NSE’s Nifty has been able to show opening at 17,759.55 with a strength of 37.25 points i.e. 0.21 per cent.
How is the condition of Sensex and Nifty
After the initial minutes of market opening, the Sensex is trading beyond 60,300 and levels of 60,308.19 are being seen in it. A jump of more than 157 is being seen in Sensex today. On the other hand, if we look at its shares, business is being seen with an increase in 17 shares and a decline in 13 shares. Today, out of 50 stocks in Nifty, 31 stocks are showing green mark of growth and 19 stocks are trading on red mark of weakness.
Which stocks are booming
Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank, UltraTech Cement, HDFC and Tata Steel continue to be top gainers. Asian Paints, Titan, ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Sun Pharma and M&M sectors are trading with a boom.
Movement of Sectoral Indices and Bank Nifty
Today Bank Nifty is also trading with a slight speed and has crossed 41400. Private banks and FMCG stocks are the only falling sectors today and all other indices are trading on the rise. Pharma shares are currently showing a rise of 1.06 per cent and healthcare index at 0.92 per cent. There is strength in the realty index and it is showing an increase of 0.86 percent.
