Let us tell you that in the last 10 years, the paper was leaked 29 times in Rajasthan. Whereas, in Uttar Pradesh the paper was leaked 12 times in 10 years. Whereas in Gujarat, paper leaked 13 times in the last 7 years. In Madhya Pradesh paper leaked 5 times in last 3 years and in Bihar paper leaked 8 times in last 2 years. Paper leaked thrice in the last two years in Haryana. While in Uttarakhand, where there is a ruckus at present, there have been more than 6 paper leak cases in the last 10 years.
From where does the paper leak
Paper leak cannot happen from anywhere. For this, vicious criminals target those places from where the paper can leak easily. Let us tell you, the maximum chances of paper leaking are in the printing press, because here the paper comes in contact with maximum number of people. At the same time, paper can also leak from the bank locker because there is third party involvement.
