This facility can be availed by sending just one message on WhatsApp. Giving information on its Twitter, the country’s largest lender bank said that to take advantage of this facility comfortably, you will have to send a message by writing Hi to 9022690226.

After messaging ‘Hi’ under SBI Bank’s WhatsApp facility, you will see three options, which will have balance information, mini statement and pension slip. After this, click on the pension slip and select the month for which you want to get the pension slip. Now you will have to wait for a while, after which you will be provided with a pension slip.

The bank has started banking service on WhatsApp to give more relief to its customers. Under this facility, SBI customer can get information from balance information to mini statement. To take advantage of this facility, you have to be registered on WhatsApp. For this, account holders of SBI will have to enter the account number by giving space with the text ‘WARG’ to the number 7208933148 and send the SMS. However, you will have to send SMS through the registered mobile number from the account.

After registration, you will get a message on WhatsApp number from SBI number 90226 90226. Now you can send ‘Hi’ message to this number or you can reply to the message received from SBI. Apart from this, you can follow the instructions given to avail the facilities of SBI.
