However, he was driving his vehicle on the other side of the road at that time. Sushil Kumar was going from Haridwar towards Haryana. At the same time he saw that the car had met with an accident, after the accident the car caught fire. After which he helped Rishabh Pant to get out of the car. Sushil Kumar told that at that time it was 4.25 in the morning.

After this incident, Rishabh Pant’s car came to the other side. Rishabh Pant’s car came on the road which leads to Delhi. After which I stopped my car, by that time Rishabh Pant’s car had caught fire. I immediately reached there with the conductor, then pulled Rishabh Pant out of the car. However, after this about 3 more people came and helped Jishabh Pant out of the car. Also, he said that Rishabh Pant’s face was soaked in blood at that time.
