Prithvi Shaw is the second Indian cricketer to play the biggest innings in Ranji Trophy history. By the way, the record of playing the biggest innings in Ranji Trophy is recorded in the name of former cricketer Bibi Nimbalkar. In the year 1948-49, Nimbalkar scored 443 runs against Kathiawar. At the same time, Prithvi Shaw has now reached number two by scoring 379 runs. During his brilliant innings, he also broke the record of former Mumbai batsman Sanjay Manjrekar. Manjrekar scored 377 against Hyderabad in 1991. At the same time, due to his memorable innings, Prithvi left behind the records of greats like Vijay Merchant 359, VVS Laxman 353, Cheteshwar Pujara 352, and Sunil Gavaskar 340 in Ranji Trophy.
