How to make Fenugreek Oil –

• Take fenugreek seeds and keep them in bins. Sometimes pebbles etc come out in them.
• Now put coconut or whatever oil you like to apply in the hair in a vessel, put it on the gas. Remember this oil should be only natural oil like olive oil, jojoba oil etc.
• If you offer two cups of oil, then add two spoons of fenugreek seeds and turn on the gas.
• Now let the oil cook on low flame till the grains turn black.
• Now turn off the gas and let the oil cool down. Now filter it and use it according to your convenience.
• This oil can be applied at least an hour or a night before washing the hair. Next day wash the hair with a mild shampoo.

Oil can also be made from this long process –

• This process of making fenugreek oil is a bit lengthy.
• For this, take any natural oil in a glass jar and put fenugreek seeds in it.
• Now close this jar and leave it like this for a few weeks.
• These pimples will turn black in 6 to 8 weeks. That is, the entire essence of fenugreek has been left in it.
• Now filter this oil and use it.
• Store it in the refrigerator and if any white colored substance is seen in it, then understand that the oil is not suitable for use.
