- Paneer grated ½ cup
- Hung curd ½ cup
- Cashews chopped 3 to 4 tbsp

- Green coriander chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- oil for frying

Dahi Ke Kebab Recipe
- To make Dahi Ke Kebab, first grate the paneer and keep it aside in a bowl.
- After this, put hung curd in a big mixing bowl. Add grated paneer to it.
- Now add fried onions, red chili powder, finely chopped cashew nuts, green chilies and green coriander in the mixing bowl and mix everything well.
- After this add salt and black pepper according to taste in the mixture.
- Add bread crumbs to remove excess moisture and mix well. Mix all the ingredients well.
- After this, apply oil on both the hands and make a round ball by taking little by little mixture and then press it and give it the shape of a kebab.
- After this, coat the curd kebabs with cornflour, this will remove the extra moisture from the kebabs.
- In this way prepare all the curd kebabs one by one.
- Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the Dahi Kebabs according to the space available in the pan.
- Fry the kebabs from side to side, till they become golden and crispy.
- After this, take out the fried kab in a plate and serve it with chutney or sauce.
