It will get a new 1.5-litre petrol engine with Strong Hybrid Tech with e-CVT. The second mill will be the 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol motor that powers the XL6 and Ertiga as well.

You will get the engine of this car with 5-speed MT and 6-speed AT. Optional AWD will also be available in its manual variant. It has a claimed ARAI mileage of up to 27.97 kmpl, making the Grand Vitara the most fuel efficient SUV in India. Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara prices will be announced by the end of this month. The ex-showroom price of this car is expected to be in the range of Rs 9.50 lakh to Rs 18 lakh.
