For this recipe, take four cups of milk and let it boil. When the boil comes, add two tablespoons of custard powder to it and cook while stirring continuously. When it becomes thick, add a cup of sugar to it. Stir for a while and switch off the gas. Now let it cool down and cut two apples into fine long slices. Now take a tray and spread apple slices in it. Put a layer custard key on it and again apply apple slices. Make a few layers like this and put a layer of caramelized sugar on top of the end. Now keep this mixture in the fridge to set. Serve it chilled after two to three hours.
Rasmalai Custard
The method of making it is very simple. For this you have to make custard and get the juice from Malai market or make it at home. The special thing about this custard is in its serving. For this, first put rasmalai in a glass bowl and press lightly. Now put a layer custard key on top of it. Now add a layer of finely chopped fruits, then add custard. Now add a layer of finely chopped dry fruits and then add custard, now finally garnish with whipped cream and serve chilled.
