  • a cup of curd
  • 2 to 3 chopped green chilies

  • 2 small tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Cumin powder half in 1 tbsp
  • tsp garam masala powder
  • two medium onions chopped
  • 4 to 5 soaked almonds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • half teaspoon coriander seeds
  • a teaspoon of sugar

Chicken Recipe

  • To make Mughlai Chicken Handi, first heat ghee in a large bottomed pan.
  • Add finely chopped onion to it and fry it.
  • After that put ginger garlic paste in the pan and remove its rawness.
  • Now at this stage add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and fry till the tomatoes become soft.
  • After this add dry spices chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and half ground coriander
  • Fry all the spices well for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now put the chicken pieces in it and mix it with the spices.
  • After 5 minutes of marinating the chicken with spices, you will see that the chicken is slowly starting to release water.
  • Now cover the chicken at this stage and cook on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • When you feel that the chicken has melted, reduce the flame.
  • Add curd, walnut paste, sugar, kasoori methi garam masala to it and mix well.
  • Now let it cook for 10 minutes, after that add green coriander and garnish it.
  • Mughlai Chicken Handi is ready, you can eat this dish with rice or roti.
