- Now make small balls of the dough and roll it out and fill it with the mixture.
- Give the shape of momos and prepare them one by one by making similar momos.
- Now put the steamer on the gas to get heated.
- Then add momos one by one and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
- When the momos are cooked, take them out in a plate and serve them with red chutney.
