Office memorandum issued

Book tickets from here
Even though ticketing can be arranged from your office through travel agent, employees are advised to book tickets through Self Booking Tool/Online Booking Website/Portal of 3 ATAs She goes. When a ticket is booked from an unauthorized travel agent/website, permission should be obtained from the Financial Advisors of the Ministry/Department or the Head of the Department, not below the rank of Joint Secretary.
Apply LTC Advance 30 days in advance
LTC advance (at least 30 days prior to travel) along with a print out of the concerned authorized travel agency’s webpage containing the appropriate flight fare details for flights with time slots of less than 3 hours. LTC Advance) can apply.
If the ticket is booked after getting the advance, then the difference will be adjusted at the time of LTC claim.
These employees are not entitled to travel
Let us tell you that the employees who are not entitled for air travel and want to travel by air outside the Special Dispensation Scheme, then they will have to book the tickets from the above mentioned three authorized ATAs within the stipulated time. The airfare or entitlement for the shortest route will be limited to train/bus fare.
Self declaration will have to be given
Employees are advised to avoid unnecessary cancellations. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the date of travel, the employee will have to give a self-declaration. Would like to give preference to employees to book tickets for travel on LTC in one go. More than one ticket is not allowed.
