You will need 4 bananas, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, and a small teaspoon salt.

Peel the ripe bananas and put them in a bowl. Mash the banana with a fork until it becomes a paste. Take a pan and keep it on low flame. Now add mashed banana paste, white vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, ginger paste, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder and salt in the pan. Beat it well and cook the mixture on low flame.

Let it cook on low flame for about 16-18 minutes. Keep stirring this paste in between. Once it becomes a shiny, ketchup-like consistency, remove the pan from the heat and leave the sauce to cook completely. Now put the ketchup in a blender and blend it until smooth. Now put the sauce in a bottle and keep it in the fridge for two weeks.
