In the year 2015, when he decided to leave the job, he was working as Chief Scientist in Biocon company. On the other hand, Nidhi decided to leave her job with a package of Rs 30 lakh and start a samosa business. Let us tell you that in the year 2015, after leaving the job, the couple had decided to open their first samosa outlet named Samosa Singh from the year 2016.

Both Nidhi and Shikhar belong to rich families. Nidhi’s father is a lawyer, while Shikhar’s father has his own jewelery showroom in Chandigarh. But instead of taking forward their family business, both of them decided to start something of their own with their own money. Nidhi and Shikhar even sold their house to pursue this business. Both had bought this house from their savings, which they sold and invested Rs 80 lakh in their business.

According to media reports, the first couple put in their entire savings to start Samosa Singh, but when they needed to take it at a factory rate to grow their business, they even sold their new house. He was able to stay in this house only for 1 day. Nidhi and Shikhar’s business idea proved correct and their work started growing rapidly. His daily earnings reached lakhs.
