JoSAA Counseling 2022: JOSA has released the round 6 seat allotment result of joint counseling for 54477 seats in a total of 112 colleges including IIT-NITs in the country. All those candidates who have registered themselves for the final round of seat allotment for IITs can now check the seat allotment result. Students can check the counseling result by visiting the official website of JOSA, josa.nic.in. JoSAA had conducted a total of six rounds of counselling. There have been round 6 final rounds for admission in various branches of Indian Institute of Technology.
Know how to check result
- First of all, students go to the official website of JOSA, josaa.nic.in.
- After that on the homepage, check the candidate activity.
- Then click on the link “View Seat Allotment Result Round 6”.
- Candidates have to enter the details and click on download result.
- The seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download it now.
- After this, students do not forget to take a print out of it for future reference.
Know rank wise details
According to the opening and closing ranks, 14703 rank students and 23 thousand 276 ranked students were allotted intradisciplinary branch of IIT Dharwad due to 20% quota. This branch has started this year only. Similarly the closing rank of NIT from Gender Neutral Pool Quota stood at 7 lakh 60322 AIR which was allotted from Mechanical Branch Home State Quota of NIT Mizoram. Along with this, 8 lakh 80 thousand 196 ranks were allotted from the female pool quota to the Electrical and Electronics branch of NIT Mizoram from the home state quota.
