JNU To Launch Admission Portal Soon: After Delhi University, now candidates will soon be able to apply for admission in Jawaharlal Nehru University. After DU, JNU is also preparing to open the admission portal (JNU Admission Portal 2022). With the help of this portal, students who wish to take admission in JNU (JNU UG Admissions 2022) for the academic session 2022-23 will be able to apply and proceed with the admission process. This portal will be launched for undergraduate courses.
Admission will be done through CUET –
Those candidates who have given this year’s CUET UG i.e. Central University Entrance Test Under Graduate Examination and who have chosen JNU for admission will be able to apply in no time. To do so they have to visit the official website of JNU, whose address is – jnu.ac.in
Issued notice –
Regarding this, JNU Deputy Registrar, Admission Jagdish Singh said in a notice that, after the announcement of CUET – UG by NTA, we are checking the admission branch data, information of candidates given by NTA. Admission to JNU will be done on the basis of merit list prepared through NTA score.
Admission will be like this –
Admission to JNU will be on the basis of merit list prepared through normalized NTA scores. National Testing Agency has conducted the CUET UG 2022 entrance exam to admit candidates to 90 universities. The universities will prepare the CUET UG 2022 rank list using the normalized NTA scores of the candidates.
What does NTA have to say?
According to a senior NTA official, “The merit list will be prepared by the participating universities, who will decide on their personal counseling on the basis of the CUET-UG score card.”
