Let us tell you that two companies Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd and Udayshivakumar Infra Ltd are coming up with their IPO. Both these companies have submitted their draft papers with the market regulator SEBI. Also, the total number of companies that have filed papers for IPO with SEBI this month has increased to 8.

What is Enviro Infra Engineers

According to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), 95 lakh equity shares will be sold under the IPO of Enviro Infra Engineers. There will be no sale under Offer for Sale (OFS). The amount raised through the issue will be used for meeting working capital requirements and general corporate purpose. Enviro Infra Engineers is involved in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of water and waste water treatment plants and water supply scheme projects for government authorities/bodies.

Udayshivakumar Infra

At the same time, fresh equity shares of Rs 60 crore will be issued under the IPO of Udayshivakumar Infra. The proceeds from the issue will be used to meet the incremental working capital requirements and general corporate objectives. Uday Shiv Kumar Infra is engaged in the business of construction of roads. This company bids for construction of roads, bridges, irrigation and canals industrial area in Karnataka. The shares of both the companies will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

14 company is coming with IPO

In the first half of the current financial year, Rs 35,456 crore has been raised from IPOs brought by 14 companies. Which is 32 percent less than the same period 1 year ago.

IPO market not special

According to a report released by Prime Database, the first half of the financial year 2022-23 has not been very good in terms of IPO. During this, a total of 14 companies came with their IPO, through which an amount of Rs 35,456 crore has been raised. In the same period a year ago, a total of Rs 51,979 crore was raised through 25 IPOs.
