IPL Mini Auction: There are only two days left in the auction for IPL 2023. The auction will start on December 23 from 2.30 pm. This time 405 players will be bid in the auction, out of which maximum 87 players can be selected. What are the 10 big things of this auction, read here…

1. A total of 991 players had registered for the auction. These included 714 Indian and 277 foreign players.
2. Out of 991 players, 10 franchise teams shortlisted 369 players for the auction. Apart from this, a request was also made to add 36 other players to the auction. In this way, now a total of 405 players are included in the auction list.
3. Out of 405 players, 273 are Indian and 132 are foreign players. Among foreign players, 4 players are from Associate countries.
4. Out of these 405 players, a total of 119 players have experience of playing international matches. Rest 282 players are uncapped.
5. 10 franchise teams have a total of 87 players vacant. Of these, 30 players can be foreigners.
6. The base price of 19 players is 2 crores (highest). All these players are foreigners.
7. 11 players are in the segment with 1.5 crore base price. Apart from these, the base price of 20 players is one crore.
8. 10 franchise teams have a total of Rs 206.5 crore for the auction. The maximum money is with Sunrisers Hyderabad (42.25 crores).
9. Kolkata Knight Riders have the least amount of money in the auction purse (7.05 crores), while they have 11 slots vacant.
10. Delhi Capitals have the least number of slots (5) vacant, while they have a sizeable amount (19.45 crores) in their auction purse.
