Shaheen Afridi was dismissed after scoring 16 runs in 8 balls. He hit 1 four and 1 six. In this way, Pakistan scored 159 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs.

Arshdeep Singh and Hardik Pandya bowled well for India. Arshdeep took 3 wickets for 32 runs in 4 overs. Pandya took 2 wickets for 30 runs in 4 overs. Mohammed Shami also got a success. He took one wicket for 25 runs in 4 overs. Ravichandran Ashwin conceded 23 runs in 3 overs. Axar Patel proved to be very expensive. He gave away 21 runs in an over. Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled well. He took one wicket for just 22 runs in 4 overs.
