Cashew Korma Recipe

  • To make cashew korma, first grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and cashews to make a paste.
  • After this, keep the pan on the gas and do the work and put oil in it.
  • When the oil is slightly hot, add cashew nuts and cook till it turns light brown while stirring.
  • After this, fry cumin seeds in oil, when cumin seeds are fried, add asafoetida, turmeric powder.
  • Peel the big cardamom and fry it lightly after adding its seeds.
  • Now add cashew tomato green chilli ginger paste to it.
  • Keep stirring the spices with the help of a spoon until the oil floats on the spices.
  • Now put red chili powder in it as well.
  • After this add garam masala and cream to the roasted spices.
  • Cook it by adding half a cup of water
  • Cook it till it starts boiling.
  • Now put some green coriander in it.
  • Now put salt and roasted cashew nuts in it.
  • Let it cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
  • Cashew Korma’s curry is ready.
  • Take out the vegetable in a bowl and garnish it with green coriander.
