Housing sales are seeing an increase in one quarter after the other.
According to the report, the highest sales of houses have been seen in Thane, Pune and Bangalore. In the third quarter of 2022, 15,297 units were sold in Bangalore, which is 41 percent more than the same quarter last year. In Thane, 21,910 units of houses have been sold, which is 32 per cent higher year on year. A total of 20,807 housing units have been sold in Pune, which is 9 percent more than the same quarter last year.

According to the report, Hyderabad, Thane and Pune are at the top three positions in terms of launching of new housing projects. In the third quarter of 2022, 11 percent more residential property launches have been seen compared to the third quarter of 2021. 83,241 new units were launched in the third quarter of 2022 while 75,061 units were launched in the same quarter of 2021.
