Google rolls out Reading Practice Feature: Tech joint Google has launched a new ‘Reading Practice’ feature for the Play Books Android application and Kids Space, which is currently live for users in the US. This feature will help children to read. During reading, if they see any difficult word in the book, then children can select it and know how to pronounce it. With the help of this feature, children will also be able to track how far they have read and from where to start.

Will be able to track the reading

The good thing about this feature is that if the children are not able to understand the difficult word completely, then they can read it by breaking it. Reading practice feature helps children to listen to complete sentences and get simple meaning of any word so that children can understand the story or that article better. If the child has come to a far away paragraph while reading and wants to track his reading from there, he can do all this in one click. On clicking on that word, the reading tracking will start from there and the children will be able to know till where they have covered the chapter or story.

At the end of the page, readers will also have the option to practice any words they may have missed or mispronounced. That is, overall, this feature is going to help a lot in the reading of young children.
