Fruits- In the evening, you can eat an apple, banana, seasonal, pomegranate or any seasonal fruit of your choice. If you want to eat fruits in the morning, then you can take fruits in mid-snacks or breakfast.
Dinner- One multigrain roti or one ragi can be eaten with gourd, luffa, any green vegetable, capsicum and paneer curry. Only a big boss can take mix veg soup. You can eat salty porridge or you can drink only moong dal soup in a big bowl. You can eat steamed vegetables of choice as a side dish in both lunch or dinner.
bed time- At this time you can take 1 cup green tea of choice or you can drink 1 cup skimmed milk without sugar.
Things to keep in mind- Drink 3-4 liters of water throughout the day so that there is no constipation and the body remains hydrated. Keep the quantity of food a little less and cook it lightly so that the nutrition remains. Do not miss any meal in the diet.
