PM SVANidhi Yojana: The Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana has now been extended till December 2024. Earlier its last date was till 31 March 2023. Under this scheme, loans are given to small businessmen and street vendors. The Ministry of Finance has given this information on Twitter.

If any street vendor, laborer and any other citizen wants to open grocery, readymade or fruit shop, then he is given loan amount under this scheme. This loan amount is given by the government in the form of installment. However, if you want to take advantage of this scheme, then you will have to apply with the documents.

Under this scheme, poor families are given without guarantee loan to do business. This scheme is specially for the street vendors, whose business was closed during the Corona epidemic and now they want to do business again.

How much loan amount is available

Under the PM Swanidhi scheme, a loan amount of up to Rs 50,000 can be given. Suppose if someone opens a vegetable shop, he will first get a loan of Rs 10,000. After this, its double loan of 20 thousand and then 50 thousand will be given. However, only after repaying one amount, the second loan amount is given by the government.
