CUET 2023 Subject Selection: In order to take admission in Delhi University as well as in other Central and State Universities of the country, students will have to give the Common University Entrance Test i.e. CUET 2023. Before applying for this exam, be sure to know about the eligibility and other important rules related to it. Broadly, students should understand that for CUET, choose the same subjects which they have taken in the twelfth. However, this time the advantage is that unlike last year, this time up to ten subjects can be selected. Last year students could choose up to a maximum of 6 subjects to take the exam, while this year up to a maximum of 10 subjects can be chosen.

Also know that the General Knowledge exam to be conducted under CUET is necessary for taking admission in many courses. CUET 2023 has three parts, the first part is divided into two sections. In the first part 13 languages and in the second part 20 languages are included. To take admission in DU, it is necessary that students must appear in at least one language paper out of 33 languages.

The second section of the entrance test consists of 27 domain specific subjects i.e. subjects that the student has studied in class XII. The third part is of general knowledge. For admission to most of the programs of DU, the candidate has to choose at least three subjects from the second section.
