Ingredients to make Sabudana Dosa

4 servings

1 cup sago

1/2 cup sumac rice

2 tbsp curd

salt as required

How to make Sabudana Dosa

Soak Sago and Rice

Soak Sabudana for 4 hours and Samak rice for about 30 minutes.

make a batter

In a blender, add soaked sago, samak rice, curd and little water. Blend to make a thick paste. Add little water and blend again to maintain the consistency.

Add salt

Take out the batter in a bowl. Batter should be thin. Add salt as per taste and whisk well.

make dosa

Heat a griddle on medium flame. Now put a few drops of oil on a non-stick pan and add 2 tbsp of water to it. Wipe it gently with a muslin cloth. Pour the batter on the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin layer.

Sabudana dosa is ready to be served when it turns golden and crisp from both the sides.
