Big announcement of Shivraj government, so many years’ relaxation will be available in PSC exam


MPPSC News: The Shivraj government of Madhya Pradesh has made a big announcement for the candidates preparing for the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC). Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced a relaxation of up to 3 years in the age limit for Madhya Pradesh PSC examination. CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan himself has given this information by tweeting.

CM Chouhan gave information about this great news by tweeting on his Twitter handle @ChouhanShivraj. The CM wrote that, due to Kovid-19, the PCS examination was postponed in the state. Applications were not accepted for these examinations. In this situation, the candidates who were going to appear in this examination at that time are now overaged. In such a situation, the government has taken this decision for justice to them.

Relaxation of 3 years, but will get the benefit only once

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan further wrote that, we are deciding to increase the maximum age limit to apply for MPPSC exam by 3 years for only one year. Let us inform that due to Kovid in the state, the PCS examinations were postponed in the year 2020 and 2021. Since then the candidates preparing for this exam were continuously raising the demand that the upper age limit of MPPCS exam should be relaxed.

Considering this demand, the Shivraj government has decided to give 3 years relaxation in the age limit for one year to the students. Let us inform that the maximum limit to apply for the PCS examination of the state is 30 years, while there is a provision of relaxation of up to 5 years in the upper age limit for the reserved category candidates.
