Share fell before FPO

Actually, Adani Enterprises is going to bring an FPO of Rs 20,000 crore soon. The group will sell shares to retail investors at a discount. Veteran investors will invest money in FPO!
By the way, big foreign investors are preparing to invest in the follow-on offer of Adani Enterprises. It is believed that the International Holding Company (IHC) of the United Arab Emirates can pick up 10 to 15 percent stake in the Rs 20,000 crore FPO, which means the company alone can invest Rs 2,000 to Rs 2,800 crore. Apart from this, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Qatar Investment Authority can also invest in FPO.
Retail investors will get discount!
It is believed that the company can raise money in phases from retail investors in FPO. That is, investors will have to pay in two to three call options. Although the company has not taken a final decision on this. The structure of this FPO will be similar to the rights issue of Reliance Industries and Tata Steel. 35 percent quota in FPO will be reserved for retail investors. Means shares worth 7,000 crores will be allotted to retail investors. It is believed that the company can bring FPO in the end of January if the market sentiment is better.
Share gave multibagger returns
Shares of Adani Enterprises have given more than 100% return to the investors in one year. So it has given 600% return in two years, 1600% in 4 years. However, since December 2022, after the fall in the stock market, the stock has come down 11 percent from its high.
