Besan – 2 cups

Ghee, milk, mawa – one cup each

How to make Delicious Mohanthal

1. First take out 2 cups of gram flour in a big vessel. Now heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan.

2. Now fry the gram flour and mawa well on low flame and turn off the gas.

3. Take out this roasted gram flour and mawa in one bowl.

4. Now prepare the dough by adding milk to the gram flour. Now cover it and keep it aside for 20 minutes, so that it swells well.

5. After this, prepare sugar syrup by adding half a cup of water with 1 cup of sugar in a pan. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

6. When the sugar syrup is ready, add gram flour to it and add cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon ghee.

7. Now cook on low flame. Now take out this mixture in the tray and level it all around with the help of a spoon.

8. Garnish it by adding almonds, cashews and raisins.

9. Take the Tasty Granulated Mohanthal ready.

10. After cooling, cut it into square shape and serve.
