Login to the homepage and click on NFSA 2013 Application Form and provide the requested information.
Now upload your documents by filling Aadhaar card, residence certificate, income certificate, passport size photo and bank account information.
After this, submit the ration card by filling the fees. Your ration card will be made after verification.
If you are going to apply for ration card then you may have to pay a charge of Rs 5 to 45.
