The biggest problem in front of the woman was the language. They do not know how to speak Hindi properly. But, the woman used technology in time. Technology helped the woman. The woman was from Andhra Pradesh and knew Telugu well, but could not speak Hindi or English. According to a PTI report, the woman got separated from her family while returning from Kedarnath due to bad weather. The woman was unable to speak to the police officers in either Hindi or English. Then the woman took the support of technology. The woman interacted with the police and others with the help of Google Translate. After explaining her point to the people through Google Translate, the woman was able to meet her family again.

Sub-inspector Ramesh Chandra Belwal told PTI, “When we tried to talk to her, we realized that she could not speak in Hindi or English. She was speaking only Telugu. Through gestures, we assured her that she would be reunited with her family. We offered her some refreshments and took the help of Google Translate to understand what she was trying to tell us.”
