Now add Kashmiri red chili powder, one or two chopped tomatoes, seven or eight garlic cloves with it and put some water in a mixer jar and run it. Now heat a little refined oil in a pan and pour this mixture of red chutney into the pan and keep stirring continuously. After a while, mix salt, a little sugar, a pinch of Ajinomoto powder and Maggi masala and cook it. Turn off the gas after running it. Keep it to cool down. your red chutney is ready
