He believes that eating or drinking the right thing at the right time will help in staying healthy and keeping the skin glowing. Lavneet has categorized some food items to be eaten in the morning and evening. Let’s know about them.

Lavneet says that apple should always be eaten in the morning. Explaining the reason for this, he said that eating apple in the morning helps in eliminating the waste cholesterol and salt accumulated in the body.

Chia Seeds

It is better to eat Chia seeds at night. Because they help a lot in reducing your appetite before sleeping and also prove to be helpful for better sleep.

Cucumbers

According to nutritionist Lavneet, the amount of water in cucumber is high. It helps to boost hydration. Staying hydrated greatly improves stool consistency. Cucumber also removes the problem of constipation. Consuming it during the day proves more beneficial. 

Chamomile Flower Tea

Lavneet believes that this tea should be drunk at night. Chamomile flower tea is considered a mild tranquilizer or sleep inducer. Chamomile tea contains an antioxidant called apigenin, which helps induce sleep at night.

Tea-Coffee

It is considered more appropriate to drink tea and coffee during the day. However, drinking it on an empty stomach in the morning can prove to be harmful. Never drink tea or coffee on an empty stomach in the morning. Tea or coffee works to improve the mood. Due to the amount of caffeine present in it, it helps to stay mentally and physically active and fresh.

Turmeric Milk

Drinking turmeric milk at night is more beneficial. Because milk contains tryptophan, which is an amino acid. It helps in bringing sleep. Turmeric present in milk is helpful in removing inflammation and many physical problems.

Amla Juice

Amla juice is a good source of Vitamin C. This juice works to increase immunity. It is a natural antioxidant, which helps in keeping skin and hair healthy. It is better to drink gooseberry juice during the day.
