Paran can be done on March 31, 2023 till 01:57 on Dashami Tithi of Chaitra Shukla Paksha. You can also eat normal food after breaking the fast. But never eat tamasik or garlic-onion food to break the fast. It would be best if you break the fast only with the prasad of worship.
