Due to this, our eyes have a very bad effect. Due to which the eyes may have to face many problems. This can cause pain in the eyes, headache, blurred vision, double vision, dry eye as well as pain in the neck and shoulders. Sleep is very important for a human being, if there is a disturbance in your sleeping pattern, then it can become a big problem for you in the coming times.

There are some habits in the daily life routine that we often do and due to which the eyes may have to face many problems. In such a situation, the question arises that what should we not do?
Eyes should never be rubbed too much. Also, eye drops should not be used excessively, due to which problems can also start in your eyes. Dr. Rekha Radhamoni has shared a video on her Instagram, in which she has shared a list of mistakes related to the eyes. In this list, he told how people often make mistakes related to the eyes in their daily lifestyle.

Do not wash eyes with hot water: Many of us have a habit that we wash our eyes with hot water. But it is not right to do so. Dr. Radhamoni explained that the eyes are the seat of pitta (heat) and therefore they should always be washed with normal or cold water.

Blinking repeatedly: To avoid eye pain and tension, blinking is most important. This is one way in which you can protect your eyes. This gives a break to your eyes and prevents the eyes from getting over lubricated. Due to which there is no problem of dry eye. It also cleans the dirt in your eyes. The expert also told that it often happens that while using mobile or other gadgets, we are so glued to the screen that we forget to blink.

Excessive use of artificial eye drops: Many people use eye drops excessively to get instant relief from any kind of pain or irritation. Though they may prove beneficial for a short period of time. But it has a lot of disadvantages for the long term. Due to this, the lubricants found in your eyes gradually end. Due to which the problem of dry eye starts.

It is not right to use an eye mask for sleeping: Most people stick to their skincare routine and use eye masks. Although hot compress eye mask can provide relief. Experts believe that it is not always right to use an eye mask while sleeping. Any kind of eye mask should not be worn on the eyes at night. This increases the risk of infection in the eyes.
