HRDC AMU Schedule 2023-24 Released: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has allotted several induction, refresher and short-term interaction and training programs to the UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, Aligarh Muslim University to be conducted during the academic session 2023-24. These courses will be conducted in offline, online and hybrid mode and will cover various topics.
According to university officials, there are 24-26 induction programs for newly appointed teachers associated with higher education and 7-9 subject refresher courses covering various subjects including teacher education, teaching and training in Kashmiri language. In these, the subjects of Environmental Studies, Chemistry, Oriental Studies (Arabic / Islamic Studies Persian / Quran Studies / Theology / Urdu), Disaster Management, ICT and Computer Application have been included.
UGC-HRDC also organized 8 short term courses on Research, Excellence in Research, Presentation Skills, NEP Implementation, Society and Law, Digital Library Management, Social Work Methods and Computer Based Data Analysis Techniques for Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development Who will go Respective Assistant Professors of Universities and Colleges are eligible to apply for these discipline-specific, multi-disciplinary and subject courses.

An AMU official said that the UGC has allotted interaction programs for research scholars of CAS Department of History and CAS Department of Urdu and for the first time a four-week training program for academic administrators including assistant registrars, assistant finance officers and assistant controllers. which will help in enhancing their administrative skills. The course schedule and application guidelines have been uploaded on the UGC HRDC website https://hrdc.amu.ac.in. Forms will be accepted online only.
