Minister Gadkari has also written several times to the then Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to remove it, but the central government has not yet removed it. It is expected that in this budget, section 194, C and 194 N of the IT Act will be abolished and TDS from the transport business. Should be removed.

There has been a demand for removal of control and anti-dumping duty on the export of tyres, so that fair competition can be established.

Age extended for BS VI vehicles

There is a lot of expectation regarding BS VI vehicles in the budget. The cost of BS VI and their maintenance are quite expensive. GST on BS VI vehicles, Ad Blue, lubricants, spare parts, insurance etc. (GST) and other taxes should be reduced. BS VI vehicles which are very modern. There has been a demand to increase the age of these vehicles from 15 years to 25 years.
