Listen to Union Minister Piyush Goyal
Union Minister Piyush Goyal Talking to ANI, said that tomato is the only commodity whose prices have gone up this week. We all know that due to unseasonal rains, a jump is being seen in the prices of tomatoes. As soon as the arrival of tomatoes starts from Himachal Pradesh and some parts of Karnataka, the prices of tomatoes will start coming down.
However, Piyush Goyal also said such a thing which as always shows the attitude of the government that the situation is under their control. Piyush Goyal said that if we compare with the prices of last year, then there is not much difference in it. On the other hand, the prices of potato and onion are in full condition.
However, the public believes that the government should take steps in this regard soon and ensure easy supply of tomatoes.
