Under this scheme, every beneficiary gets a health card, through which he gets free health treatment up to Rs 5 lakh (Health Insurance). This health card is also called Ayushman Golden Card.

These people can apply for Ayushman Yojana-
People belonging to low income group can take advantage of this scheme. How to download Ayushman Golden Card-

• First of all click on the website https://pmjay.gov.in/.
• Enter your Login ID and Password.
• You will be asked for Aadhaar number and on the next page verify your thumb impression.
• Click on the option of Approved Beneficiary.
• Check the list of proven golden cards.
• Check your name.
• Next you have to click on CSC wallet and enter your password.
• Next enter the pin and come to the homepage.
• You will see the option to download the Ayushman card.
• Download Ayushman Golden Card by clicking on it.

• Aadhar Card of the applicant
• Passport Size Photo
• Ration Card
• Registered Mobile Number
